About Us

By engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. This is a legally binding agreement.


01. Definitions

Company DConstellations Private Limited ('we', 'us', or 'our'). Client Any individual or organization engaging our services ('you' or 'your'). Services Digital marketing, E-Learning, animation, and web development.

02. Fees and Payment

Standard payment terms apply to all engagements:

  • Project-Based: 50% upfront payment required; 50% upon completion.
  • Retainers: Monthly fees are payable in advance at the start of each month.
Late Payment: Outstanding balances accrue interest at 18% per annum. We reserve the right to suspend services if invoices are more than 14 days overdue.

03. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment, ownership of custom deliverables is assigned to the client. DConstellations retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, templates, and the right to display work in our portfolio.

04. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
